Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Shift Leader in Tucson, Arizona. The role partners with the General Manager to motivate the team, coach staff, and open/close the store with minimal supervision. You will help maintain service quality, food safety, and a clean, safe environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours (including early hours and weekends), and ServSafe certification prior to leadership training. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages we serve and keep a safe, clean store environment.
