Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will coach teammates, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure food quality and store cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work varied hours including early mornings, and the potential to advance into management. Training includes ServSafe certification where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set morale and tone for the shift.
• Ensure quality of food/beverages and support customer service excellence.
