Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure an excellent guest experience at our Auburndale, MA store. You will open/close the store with minimal supervision, uphold cleanliness and food safety, and coach team members to maintain high standards.

We offer a flexible schedule, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive work-life balance. A background check, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Must be able to pass background check per local/state/federal law.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (preferred for some locations).
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed to uphold quality standards.
• Grow career within Bagel Brands, with opportunities to advance from Shift Leader to higher roles.
