Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Support scheduling and operations to provide a positive work-life balance for the team.
