Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification before leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred and meets driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to lead the store.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
