RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, set a cheerful tone, and provide clear direction across food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

You’ll coach team members in real time, address guest concerns with empathy, drive safety and cleanliness, and help manage inventory, write-offs, and shift change communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
