Burger King Corporation is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service. You will be responsible for ordering supplies, managing payroll contracts, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in QSR, a solid grasp of POS systems, and a commitment to BK values. Flexible availability, strong leadership, and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You uphold Burger King’s core values with exceptional customer service.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant.
