Burger King (Global) in Texas seeks a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, ensure great customer service, and manage tasks from ordering to staff supervision.

You will lead the team, handle payroll/contracts, uphold Burger King values, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of QSR experience, a High School Diploma, and familiarity with POS; ServSafe is a plus.

Competenze

1 year of QSR experience required.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
POS system familiarity and ServSafe certification preferred.
Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Upholds Burger King values and delivers great customer service.
Able to withstand physical restaurant environment.
