Burger King in the United States seeks a Shift Leader to ensure daily restaurant operations run smoothly and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee ordering, payroll, and staff performance to maintain efficiency and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, within a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• You inspire smiles. You are familiar with Burger King’s core values and provide exceptional customer service.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
