Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty at Sandy Run Rd. This part-time role supports the Restaurant Management Team to ensure operations align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or related education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities and leadership skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a means of communication with the restaurant (phone).
