Hardee's in Georgia is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Restaurant Manager and guide crew members through daily operations. You will monitor guest service, uphold quality standards and control labor costs while maintaining a friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities include training crew, supervising team members, and ensuring shifts run smoothly. Must be 18 or older and able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
