Job summary

Hardee is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, friendly service, and a clean environment for guests. You will lead by example, supervise staff, and help drive sales and efficiency while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will train and develop crew members, communicate goals and updates, manage labor, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: supervise on-shift restaurant operations for smooth, efficient service.
• Support and Develop Team Members: assist in training and mentoring crew, ensure procedures are understood.
• Communicate with the Team: run briefings, share updates on goals, promotions, and safety.
• Manage Labor and Productivity: monitor staffing and adjust assignments to maintain productivity.
• Inventory and Product Management: help control stock, rotation, and storage to meet demand.
• Maintain Restaurant Facilities and Equipment: ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Cash Handling and Financial Responsibility: manage cash handling and secure deposits.
• Maintain Professionalism and Compliance: ensure HR policies, sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance.
