Job summary

Hardee's is seeking friendly, guest oriented and driven individuals to join the leadership ranks at our restaurants. The Shift Leader is accountable for performing duties, delivering a positive customer service experience, and maintaining safe, clean operations.

Responsibilities include enforcing company policies, ensuring training compliance, and leading by example to achieve total customer satisfaction for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• 40 Hours minimum required.
• Follows the Crew Person Training Program to ensure proper training.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Leader is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties as assigned.
• Provides guests with a positive customer service experience and ensures quality food products.
• Keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for customers and employees.
• Follows and enforces all company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Total Customer Satisfaction: ensures the restaurant management team and crew provide quality product and customer service.
