McAlister’s Deli in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of upper management. You will supervise shifts, ensure food quality and cleanliness, handle guest feedback, and assist with training to maintain McAlister’s standards.

This non-exempt role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in food service; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong teamwork and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service; supervisory experience a plus but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage FOH and BOH shifts, including staff scheduling to control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to uphold McAlister’s standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in training new and existing team members; conduct line checks as needed.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Open or close restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
