Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Direct operations to ensure high food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation by directing and supervising team members.
• Handle guest comments and complaints.
• Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities and staff scheduling to minimize overtime and control labor costs as assigned by management.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and conduct line checks as necessary.
• Enforce uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
