Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales, marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory; manage cash controls and reporting.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; foster teamwork and morale.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and equipment maintained.
