Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members across kitchen and front of house.

• Monitor SOS performance and ticket flow.
• Adjust staffing and breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate goals and expectations each shift.
• Ensure food prepared to brand standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and quality.
• Complete food safety checks and logs.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Open and close procedures with consistency.
• Deliver fast, friendly guest service.
