Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead the team to maintain high standards in food quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.

You will oversee shift operations, manage guest interactions, cash handling and daily checklists, while driving performance, ensuring SOPs, and monitoring labor, sales and food costs. Also, you will train and coach team members and foster accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and solve problems.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
