Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and model accountability under the guidance of the RGM and AM.

You’ll create a positive shift culture, drive effective communication, and help grow leadership skills while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and supporting development during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow while upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and coordinating truck orders.
