Job summary

Burger King® is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during shifts, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and maintain BK® standards. You’ll coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the RGM/AM, own shift execution, and help the restaurant achieve results through strong communication, attention to detail, and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory.
