Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations in a high-velocity environment. You will supervise food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness while coaching team members to deliver outstanding experiences to every guest.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in foodservice, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed to support peak periods.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
