Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and to train associates for excellent customer service. You will help manage replenishment, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks while promoting the store’s membership program to boost customer loyalty.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, aptitude with POS systems, and willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with day-to-day operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close responsibilities and ensure store compliance and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process transactions accurately on POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
