Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader in Kaneohe to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the membership program to boost loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, support opening/closing, and ensure a safe, energetic store environment that delivers memorable experiences for customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
