• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights and weekends.
• Successful and stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties and maintains product quality.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goals.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides feedback and corrects problems when identified.
• Maintains customer service and restaurant standards (MCE readiness, costs, cleanliness).
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
