Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift by setting a cheerful attitude, directing tasks, coaching in real-time, and addressing guest concerns with empathy.
• Drive Operational Excellence by training staff to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards, managing inventory and promotions, and overseeing cash wrap and compliance.
• Model Communication & Accountability by relaying updates from leadership, monitoring task completion, and promoting teamwork and accountability.
