You will manage inventory, cash handling, and promotions, while communicating with leadership to maintain accountability and strong guest service. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set a cheerful attitude, provide direction, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling; coach during shifts.
• Drive Operational Excellence: train team to meet service, food safety and cleanliness standards; manage inventory, vendor check-in, promotions.
• Oversee shift processes: cash wrap, write-offs, compliance documentation; lead shift change communication.
• Model Communication & Accountability: relay updates from leadership, monitor tasks, foster accountability and teamwork; step in during busy times.
