Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Set an example by executing shift plan and achieving operational results.
• Direct efficient preparation and prompt service to guests.
• Motivate staff across workstations during shifts.
• Review restaurant results and identify areas for improvement.
• Uphold brand standards and restaurant operations.
• Perform duties of Team Member when necessary.
