• Coach and develop team members while holding them accountable to standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
• Ensure accuracy in food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
• Open/close the restaurant, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
