Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to report to the Restaurant General Manager and assist in daily restaurant management. You will lead team members, train staff, and ensure seamless service during shifts while maintaining brand standards.

You will own the shift, promote a positive workplace culture, handle inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required, with preferred ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified is required.
• Experience leading shifts and teams is preferred.
• MSM training courses 4-5 completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and put customers first.
• Manage inventory and food orders; ensure health & safety compliance.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction on each shift.
