Job summary

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–15 staff during shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training for all employees.
• Order, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Assist in supervision of food preparation and service.
• Forecast item quantities and per-shift consumption.
• Supervise food prep and service, especially during peak times.
• Ensure 100% customer service quality on every order.
• Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize speed.
• Complete opening and closing procedures daily.
• Maintain cash drawers and complete daily paperwork.
• Audits and maintains store systems for integrity.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and supplies.
