Jimmy John's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team at our Tomball, TX location. You will motivate staff during shifts, greet guests with courtesy, and ensure orders meet Jimmy John's quality standards.

You’ll oversee daily operations, train teammates, manage POS transactions, and maintain food safety and inventory controls. The role emphasizes coaching and developing team members, maintaining a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a Freaky

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to learn Jimmy John's menu items and procedures.
• Availability for varied shifts, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet guests promptly with friendly, accurate service.
• Oversee order prep to meet quality and brand standards.
• Support daily operations including opening/closing and inventory.
• Train, coach, and develop teammates for productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Operate POS, handle cash, and assist with reconciliations.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and a clean work environment.
• Maintain inventory levels and storage procedures.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues during shifts.
• Delegate tasks and ensure stocking and cleaning duties are completed.
• Collaborate with management to hit service and quality goals.
