The role requires flexibility, a high school diploma, and the ability to work early hours and weekends. ServSafe certification is required before leadership training, with potential for career growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable by law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone; provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a clean, safe store environment.
