Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Barrington, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and coach team members. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing tasks, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role features a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and competitive hourly pay with tips. A ServSafe-certified leader is preferred, with room to grow into a store management path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and food quality.
