Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive daily execution with a strong focus on customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining confidentiality and operational accuracy.

The role requires flexibility for early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a base pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
