• Assist with supervising day-to-day task assignment and performance of associates.
• Assist with training and coaching of associates.
• Assist with planning, preparing and coordinating daily assignments and activities.
• Adhere to city, county, and state regulations including age verification when required.
• Ensure execution of safety, security, quality, and store policies and practices.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store appearance at all times.
• Support profitability goals.
• Avoid conflicts of interest, including external employment in similar business.
• Perform duties of a typical store associate when needed.
