Goose Creek Distribution Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Management Team and help meet performance goals. You will be responsible for developing hourly associates and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a reliable leader, and able to coach staff while adhering to safety and company policies. Weekend and holiday shifts are required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a pleasant experience for customers and respond to inquiries.
• Supervise day-to-day task assignment and performance of associates.
• Assist with training, coaching and development of hourly staff.
• Plan, prepare and coordinate daily assignments and activities.
• Adhere to regulations and store policies, including age-verification.
• Maintain safety, security, quality and store operations standards.
• Keep store clean, well-stocked and profitable.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure appropriate supervision when needed.
• Perform duties of a typical store associate when required.
