Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead the team when managers are not onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer questions and complaints, maintaining merchandise presentation, stocking shelves, and following company policies to protect confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per planograms.
• Reset departments following PO/Gs and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal merch.
