Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and work effectively with store management.
• Direct and follow up on all store activities to ensure execution.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, upholding CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays.
