CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence. You will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help drive loyalty at CVS/pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold CVS customer service standards
