Job summary

You will engage customers, train teammates in service best practices, manage pricing and signage, assist with vendor deliveries, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handling startup, cash handling, and readiness for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with the team to maintain Walgreens service standards.
• Manages register records, pricing tasks, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom operations, and inventory accuracy.
• Supports displays, resets, and seasonal promotions; ensures accurate on-shelf pricing and signage.
• Performs bookkeeping activities, cash reports, and routine store maintenance.
