CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures, driving store execution and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision abilities are needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank).
• Handle customer relations issues per policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Execute display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
