Church’s Chicken in New Orleans is seeking a Shift Leader to mentor Team Members during busy shifts, coach for outstanding service, and ensure all Cajun Operating Company policies are followed.

You will oversee greeting, order accuracy, food preparation, safety compliance, cash handling, and shift opening/closing tasks while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and ServSafe training is recommended.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served per standard procedures.
• Oversees team assignments and activities on shift.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Maintains proper product procedures for all menu items.
• Handles and stores food products with proper rotation and icing procedures.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by employees for shifts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
