Job summary

Dunkin is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others while celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Franchisees run the daily operations, set wage and benefit programs, and provide on-the-job training. Dunkin champions growth from within and offers benefits and discounts as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Environment
• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

• Manage cash over/short during shift
