Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, franchising a Taco Bell location, is seeking a Shift Leader to back up the RGM by running strong shifts and solving problems independently. You will take ownership, guide team members, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

The role offers a shift differential for closers, potential bonus eligibility, and a benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; provide help and guidance to others
• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Support the RGM by ensuring smooth operations and great guest service
