Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager on Duty to lead daily operations at our Avondale location. You will manage staffing, safety, service standards, and guest experience while driving performance and a customer-first culture.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory or customer-service experience in retail, hospitality, or car wash settings, plus strong leadership, decision-making, and coaching abilities. The role offers growth and a path into higher operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution, including staffing, business flow, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
