Super Star Car Wash is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our Tucson location. You will act as Manager-on-Duty, guiding staffing, safety, guest experience, and service standards, while resolving issues with confidence and discretion.

You will coach teams, uphold safety and brand standards, and rotate through leadership focus areas to build well-rounded operational skills and a clear path into higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Retail, hospitality, or car wash experience preferred; demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results.
• High integrity and professionalism; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution including staffing, safety, and service standards.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team issues with discretion.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to standards; promote engagement and development.
• Proactively identify safety risks and enforce brand and cleanliness standards.
