Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations in Irving, TX. You will support the General/Assistant Manager, guide team members through performance and training initiatives, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service with Popeyes® Cajun Hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a QSR environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
