Job summary

Popeyes in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations, support the General/Assistant Manager, and guide team members through performance and training initiatives, while ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly service and Popeyes Cajun hospitality.

You’ll deliver freshly prepared meals, manage shift flow, handle customer concerns, and uphold food safety with ServSafe practices, POS familiarity, and a teamwork focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle conflicts constructively.
• Able to work evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support General/Assistant Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Assist team members through performance and training initiatives.
