Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will greet Guests, take orders, and process payments while maintaining cleanliness and food safety across dining, kitchen, and storage areas. You’ll learn all restaurant operations, lead team members, and help ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow your career within the Popeyes brand.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
Prepares and packages food and drink products.
Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior.
Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items.
Checks food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
Maintains consistent attendance on assigned shifts.
Acts with integrity and promotes the Popeyes culture.
