Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and support the General/Assistant Manager. You will lead team members, ensure orders are prepared correctly, and deliver Popeyes Cajun hospitality to guests.

Ideal candidates have QSR experience, strong communication, and the ability to train others in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/evening availability is required, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• POS system familiarity; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong leadership and positive conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General and/or Assistant Manager to ensure daily shifts run smoothly.
• Lead and train team members to deliver Popeyes hospitality.
• Ensure food is prepared and served accurately and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
